Designed around founders and small marketing teams tracking a product with a specific audience.
| Mention | Assessment | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Product comparison | Relevant | Review feedback |
| Similar company name | Unrelated | Exclude |
| Setup question | Needs context | Open original source |
Keyword alerts mix customer questions, useful comparisons, repeated links, and unrelated names. Reviewing the pile can take longer than responding to the few mentions that matter.
We are exploring a narrow review workflow: decide whether a mention is relevant, preserve its original source, and give the follow-up to the right person. Coverage will be explicit and limited to permitted sources.
Three planned capabilities we want to validate with early users.
Planned filters would help a reviewer separate the intended product from unrelated uses of the same name.
Each proposed item would retain a source link and capture time so a person can verify the context.
Planned labels would distinguish support needs, product feedback, and conversations that need no reply.
A focused approach for founders and small marketing teams tracking a product with a specific audience.
Set a product name, disambiguating keywords, and the supported public sources that matter.
Verify each source and mark irrelevant or duplicate items before assigning work.
Keep the owner and next action with the mention; any public response remains a human decision.

Manage your data ↗No. MentionTriage is an early research waitlist. We are not collecting mentions, connecting accounts, or sending monitoring alerts for visitors.
No complete coverage is promised. Access, licensing, retention rules, and source availability vary. A pilot would state exactly which sources and update intervals it supports.
That is outside the proposed scope. We are evaluating permitted public sources and a human review workflow, without automatic outreach or access to private conversations.
